| 摘 要： | 物流业的快速发展，已成为我国国民经济新的增长点，受到了全世界广泛关注，但从目前的情形看，我国物流的研究和发展，基本上集中于面向流通的物流，而所略了面向生产领域的企业物流，本文在介绍了企业物流概念的基础上，对其结构进行了剖析，并针对目前物流发展现状探讨了我国企业物流发展的合理途径。
