| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融业的进一步开放，现行汇率制度的不足逐渐显现。文章剖析了当前我国汇率形成和运行机制中存在的若干问题；并在此基础上，以汇率市场化、合理化为核心，就人民币汇率形成和运行机制方面提出具体的改进措施与建议。
