客运专线旅客列车开行数量计算问题探讨

摘    要:对旅客列车开行数量计算公式中有关参数的概念进行了阐述,建议客运专线旅客列车的席位利用率k取0.75~0.8;区间通过能力利用率取0.8或0.75。分析了应用席位周转次数b在概念上的模糊,建议在计算中不引入席位周转次数的概念。同时提出了节假日旅客运输的计算方法及有关对策。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept of relevant parameters in the formula for the calculation of passenger train quantity and suggests that the seat utilization rate "k" shall be between 0.75 and 0.8 and the utilization rate of section through capacity shall be 0.8 or 0.75 for passenger dedicated lines. The paper also analyzes that the turnover times of seat "b" is not clearly defined so it is recommended not to be included into the calculation. In the meanwhile, the paper also gives the calculation method as well as counter measurements during festival passenger transport.
