To be off duty reasonably and diminish the trade barriers,all enterprises are bent on getting the biggest economic benefit so as to gain the famous brand and competitive advantages.Pressed by the tidal waves,our national enterprises must go along with world trends on our own initiative.In order to establish super-enterprise of international competitive power and set up our own transnational corporations,the national enterprises should adopt plural recombination ways. At the same time,our govenment must enforce guiding in policy and relevant construction so as to carry the work of capital recombination forward smoothly.
