摘    要:企业文化形成的结果将引发相对封闭、相对孤立的企业文化系统形成 ,从而导致系统的熵不断增加的自然发展过程发生。这样的结果使系统文化呈现出一种不断稳定、不断单一的文化发展趋势 ,以致产生文化差的完全消失 ,达到文化的完全均衡。企业文化的重建在于打破这种封闭、孤立的文化发展体系 ,延缓熵的自然增长过程 ,从而完成适应市场经济的多元文化体系的构建。

Abstract:The formation of enterprise culture results in the establishment of isolated enterprise culture system , and it leads to the natural process of the increasing entropy of the system. As a result, systematic culture has the tendency of the constant and single culture development, which gets rid of culture difference and comes to the total balance of the culture. Reestablishment of enterprise culture will break off the isolated system of the culture development, delay the natural process of the increasing entropy and form the system of multiple culture which fits socialist market economy.
