| 摘 要： | 科技革命推动着商业组织形式由小型化、分散化、多元化向规模化、集约化、组织化方向发展。商业组织形式的每一重大变化都与科技革命的背景、形式和内容密切相关。我国在商业改革中 ,应充分利用现代化科技成果 ,发展规模化的商业组织形式 ,全面提高商业企业的经济效益。

Every critical change of the forms of trade organization is closely connected with the background,forms and contents of the technology revolution. In the trade reform in China, it's suitable to make full use of the modern technology to develop a scaled form of trade onganization. Therefore,to promote,thoroughly the economic profits of trade enterprises. |
