| Abstract: | The leading personnels in higher educational institutions should satisfy the requirements of fine political and ideological qualities, sound morality and educational accomplishment, qualitied management abilities and healthy psychological traits. The major channels and methods to upgrade the leadership qualities of the leading personnels include: further studies, updated knowledge attainment, the set-up of training systems, reinforcement of supervising, etc. |
