| Abstract: | The western areas has enlarged its opening scale and attracted foreign investment,meanwile,it should also pay close attention to the opening to home,and strengthen the west-east corporation to stimulate the home investors' zeal for investing in western areas.TOT pattern is one of the effective measures to enlarge the opening to domestic areas and accumulate the domestic funds. |
