| 摘 要： | 企业和谐管理是近几年来我国企业管理界的一个热门话题,是从我国企业的实际出发,适应经济全球化、信息化、市场化、知识化和可持续发展的需要,尤其是适应迫切解决当今企业现实中存在诸多不和谐问题的需要,同时也是适应中国式企业管理理论发展的需要而提出的新课题。本文主要是对企业和谐管理的特征与性质进行探讨,以便更深刻地理解和把握企业和谐管理的内涵和实质。

| Abstract: | The enterprise's harmonious management has been a hot topic of discussion in the field of the enterprise's management of our country in recent years. Based on the enterprise's reality in China,it is also a new subject put forward to meet the demand of economic globalization,informationization,marketization,knowledgization and sustainable development for the enterprises,to adapt especially to a demand to solve urgently a great deal of disharmonious problems in the enterprises today,and to adapt to a demand of the development of the enterprise's management theory in Chinese style,too.This paper discusses mainly the characteristics and nature of the enterprise's harmonious management so that we can understand and grasp the connotation and essence of the enterprise's harmonious management profoundly. |
