产教融合背景下金融科技人才职业素养培育研究

摘    要:以金融科技专业人才为研究对象,调研结果显示学生职业素养培育现状距离高质量发展目标还存在一定差距。产教融合背景下,应围绕核心素养是本质,知识技能是基础,职业定位是导向,遵循德技并修、知行合一、产业变革、育训结合等基本原则,从培养定位、三教主体、实习实训、结果评价4个方面,多维度系统加强金融科技专业人才职业素养培育。

Research on Professional Quality Cultivation of Financial Science and Technology Talents under the Background of Industry Education Integration
Abstract:Taking financial technology professionals as the research object, the survey results show that there is still a certain gap between the current situation of students'' professional quality cultivation and the goal of high-quality development. Under the background of the integration of industry and education, the attention should be paid on the core quality as the essence, knowledge and skills as the basis and professional orientation as the guidance. At the same time, talent cultivation should follow the basic principles of combination of morality and technology, integration of knowledge and practice, industrial reform and combination of education and training. In order to achieve the goal of strengthening the cultivation of professional quality of financial science and technology professionals, efforts should be made from four aspects: training orientation, three education subjects, practice and training and result evaluation.
