| 摘 要： | 高压加热器是火力发电厂的重要辅助设备 ,它的缺陷将严重影响机组的安全和经济运行。本文介绍了广东云浮电厂国产 12 5 MW机组用立式高压加热器热交换钢管缺陷位置分布规律 ,并分析缺陷产生的原因 ,在此基础上对同类高压加热器的运行和检验提出一些合理建议。

Inspection of Heat Exchange Steel Pipe of High-pressure Heater in Yunfu Power Plant and the Defects Analysis |

| Abstract: | As the important auxliary equipment of thermal power plant, the defects of high-pressure heater will seriously threat the safety and economic operation of the unit. This paper introduces the defects distribution on the heat exchange steel pipe of vertical high-pressure heater, adopted by Yunfu power plant for its domestic 125 MW unit. It also analyzes the causes of the defects, based on which some rational suggestions for the operation and inspection of high-pressure heater of the same type are put forward. |
