| 摘 要： | 教师队伍建设是提高农村义务教育教学质量的关键。本文通过对陕西省潼关县农村义务教育教师队伍建设的现状进行调查研究,提出三点建议:加大经费投入,改善教师待遇;优化农村义务教育教师队伍结构;建立城镇支援农村教育的长效机制。

| Abstract: | The construction of the teaching staff is the key to promote the quality of the countryside compulsory education.Based on the survey of the present situation of the construction of the teaching staff of the countryside compulsory education in Tongguan County,Shaanxi province,the paper presents three suggestions as follows： first we need to increase the financial input to improve the teachers＇ treatment.Second we need to optimize the structure of the teaching staff of the countryside compulsory education.Thirdly we need to establish a long and effective mechanism to help the village by towns. |
