高校合同管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in Contract Management in College and Countermeasures

Along with development of market economy,colleges and universities are increasingly participating market behavior as civil subjects,and communicating ever-widening and in-depth with other social institutions.Contracts as the bridge between universities and other social institutions are the important embodiment of participation in social relations.Excellent contract management is not only good guarantee of the legitimate rights and interests of the colleges,but also the key process of Law-based administration.This article analyses the existent problems of college contract management,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,aiming at providing reference to promoting the standardized and legal management of colleges.
