| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高校学生工作的主要力量,同时也是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和维护高校稳定的重要组织保证。当前学生思想观念日益复杂,传统的学生管理工作中的管理观念、管理方式和管理体制已很难适应形势发展的实际,我们必须用新的思路加以改革和引导,探索高校学生管理工作的新模式。

| Abstract: | Counselors are the main force of student＇s work in college,is the important insurance of strengthening and improving colleger＇s ideological and political education and maintaining college＇s stability.Current students＇ ideological concept is becoming complex,traditional management concept,management way and management mechanism of students＇ management work is difficult to adapt to the actual situation.We must reform,guide and explore new model of students＇ management work in colleges using new idea. |
