| 摘 要： | 钢铁产业是国民经济的基础和支柱产业。钢铁贸易企业在连接生产和消费之间起着不可或缺的重要作用。随着市场竞争的不断加剧,钢贸企业原有的经营模式已经不能完全适应钢材贸易的新环境,钢贸企业面临着很大的风险和压力。本文在分析钢贸企业经营模式现状的基础上,总结当前经营模式中存在的问题,并提出新形势下进一步创新钢贸企业经营模式的对策建议。
