| 摘 要： | 以80、90后为代表的新生代农民工较之老一代呈现出许多新特征,日益成为我国新产业工人阶层的主体。受历史渊源与城乡制度藩篱的限制,该群体市民化进程面临诸多现实障碍。促进这一进程需要在制度、体制、宣传等领域推动深层变革,并基于教育培训、城市公共服务、权益维护等方面制定针对性的措施。

| Abstract: | The new generation of farm workers as the representatives labelled 80s,90s presents many new traits compared to the older ones,and increasingly become China＇s new industry class subject.Restricted by the historical origin and urban-rural system barriers,this group citizenization coure faces many obstacles.To push this process needs deep reform on the fields of system,mechanism,propaganda etc.,and targeted measures based on educational training,rural public services,interests gurantee,etc. |
