收集火灾证据做好火灾事故调查工作

火灾发生后,只有查明引起火灾的真实原因,才能依法处理事故责任者和弥补事故损失。而怎样收集证据查明火灾发生的原因是摆在消防工作者面前的一大难题。本文作者结合自己多年的工作经验,对火灾事故调查中证据的收集相关问题进行分析,并就如何对搜集的证据进行验证提出了自己的看法,供同行参考。

Collecting Fire Evidence to Ensure the Work of Investigating Fire Accident Normally

Only finding out the real reason for fire,can we dealt with the person who has responsible for the accident according to law and offset loss of accident after fire.But,how to collect evidence to ascertain the fire is an arduous problem to fire workers.Combined with own many years＇ work experience,the author analyzed related problems of collecting evidence in investigating fire accident,and put forwards own view on how to collect evidence so as to provide discussion on colleagues.
