中西境外企业经理激励之比较

摘    要:企业“走出去”进行跨国经营是事关我国经济发展的重大战略。本文在境外企业经营管理的层面上,从分析境外企业经理激励的特殊性入手。比较分析了中西境外企业经理激励的差别,并针对我国境外企业经理激励的问题,提出了相关建议。

Abstract:"Going-out-for-Globalization" is an important strategy for chinese enterprises to develope themselves.By analyzing the particularity of manger inspiration system in transnational enterprises,this paper compares and elaborates the differences of manager inspirations between chinese and western translational corporates,then puts forward suggestions on solving the problems in Chinese transnational enterprises.
