美国技术性贸易壁垒及中国应对之策

随着中国对外贸易的发展,中国出口产品不断遭受国外技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)的限制。美国技术性贸易壁垒主要表现在技术法规、技术标准、产品质量认证制度、合格评定系统和绿色技术壁垒等方面,因此,应建立健全企业质量管理体系和绿色管理体系,通过对外直接投资跨越美国技术性贸易壁垒,积极参与国际标准制订和修订,加强对美国技术性贸易壁垒措施相关知识的宣传工作,加快专门人才的培养,尽量减少对中国对外贸易的影响。

Analysis of The American TBT and the Countermeasures

with the development of export trade,export products of our country constantly suffer from TBT restriction of other countries.The American TBT mainly exists in the aspects of technological codes,technological standard,the attestation system of goods quality and the system of qualified assessment and the green technological barrier.Therefore,the article starts with the proposal that we should establish the system of quality control and green management and positively participate and revise in the international standard,strengthen propagandization of the related knowledge concerning the measures of American TBT and enhance the training of professional talents by investing directly in foreign countries to avoid American TBT to diminish the influence over China to the best of our abilities.
