| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析中小企业融资规律和融资特点，针对我国中小企业亟待解决的融资问题提出对策。建立场外交易市场是解决中小企业融资的有效途经，并对场外交易市场及其准入标准、场外交易市场与中小企业融资的关系进行了分析，为建立场外交易市场监管体系提出了参考依据。

| Abstract: | After analyzing financing laws and financing features of medium and small-sized business, this paper makes some suggestions on solving the urgent financing problems of medium and small-sized firms. To establish the OTC market is an effective way to financing problem. Besides, the paper analyses the OTC market and its criteria of admittance, the relationship between the OTC market and the financing of medium and small-sized business, and provides a reference frame of supervising system to build the OTC market. |
