| 摘 要： | 财产性收入是居民收入的主体构成部分之一。财产性收入快速提升将是中国经济发展的趋势之一。文章在分析陕西城镇居民收入现状的基础上,着重对陕西居民的财产性收入现状、水平、结构及变化态势进行了实证分析,并结合存在的问题,提出了提升陕西居民财产性收入,应从拓宽居民收入渠道,增强居民理财观念,完善金融体系等方面入手。
