| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融消费者权利意识的不断增强,金融消费者权益保护问题已经成为人们关注的焦点。如何在不阻碍金融创新的前提下最大程度地保护消费者利益已成为当前金融监管部门面临的重要挑战,本文对此进行了探讨并提出相关建议。
