后危机时代背景下我国商业银行客户经理制研究

摘    要:随着全球经济进入"后危机时代",中国经济体制发生了深刻的变化,商业银行的市场化程度日益加深,竞争日趋激烈.完善"以市场为导向,以客户为中心"的客户经理制成为商业银行取得竞争优势的必然选择.在后危机时代背景下,我国商业银行推行客户经理制应从提高客户经理服务意识、建立客户经理培训有效机制、优化客户经理的绩效考核体系、强化客户经理风险监管机制、再造商业银行业务流程和管理模式等方面加以完善.
