| 摘 要： | 自从Auty提出"资源诅咒"理论以来,资源富集地区如何规避"资源诅咒"陷阱就成为经济学界关注的焦点。文章通过研究发现,只有加入技术创新的因素,才能使区域资源优势沿着产业优势—技术优势—区域竞争优势的途径进行演化。而这一演化路径的顺利进行,必须以资源开发战略、产业成长战略和区域创新战略为基本保障。

| Abstract: | Since the theory of the Resources Curses was put forward by the Auty,how to avoid it has been an academic focus for the economists.The essay shows that it is very important of the technology innovation for the evolution of the regional resources advantages with the way from industry advantages to technology advantages to regional competitive advanteges,which need the implementation of the resources exploitation strategy,industry growth strategy and regional innovation strategy. |
