| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的不断发展,对非物质文化遗产的保护在世界范围内引起了广泛的关注。文章以非物质文化遗产保护的重要意义为出发点,分析非物质文化遗产保护中面临的难点,提出了对我国非物质文化遗产必须要加强立法保护,建立、健全非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护制度,并且需要建立科学合理的管理机制,进一步提高全民保护意识等保护措施。
