| 摘 要： | 以我国西部地区农户的借贷为基本研究对象,结合有关调查数据,从农户的基本特征、农户信贷需求现状、农户信贷的需求特征等方面分析了农户信贷的需求情况;从农户信贷可得性的基本情况、信用社资金供给和民间借贷等方面分析了农户信贷的可得性。与此同时,简要指出我国西部地区农村金融发展中存在的问题及有关政策建议。最后,完成了我国西部地区农村金融成长机制的设计。
