| 摘 要： | 传统经济学认为市场集中度和竞争效率成反比,但这一观点并不适合解释城市商业银行单一城市制经营结构以及由此带来的低效经营.本文通过建立静态均衡以及动态重复博弈模型来说明城市商业银行的经营结构在地域竞争效率上的损失,并以此为基础提出在金融全面开放日益临近的环境下城市商业银行发展的基本思路与政策建议.

| Abstract: | Traditional economics holds that market concentration extent is in inverse proportion to competition efficiency, but the authors argue that it can't explain why City Commercial Bank runs inefficiently. The paper establishes a stationary equilibrium model and a dynamic repetitive game model to show the loss of the management structure of City Commercial Bank in regional competition efficiency, and then puts forward some basic ideas and policy suggestions on the development of City Commercial Bank in an increasingly open financial surrounding. |
