| 摘 要： | 通过当前一系列典型慈善案例,反映我国急需制定规范慈善事业发展的基本法。在借鉴国外慈善事业监督制度的基础上,建议我国慈善立法可以从捐赠人的义务、慈善机构的自律和社会监督三个方面来构建慈善事业监督制度。

| Abstract: | The burst of scandals in the fields of philanthropy shows that China is in urgent need of laws that will standardize and guide the development of Chinese philanthropy.In addition to borrowing from Western patterns of supervision,we urge that legislations should formulate a supervisory system which establishes supervision from three aspects,namely,the donator,the public,and the philanthropic organizations themselves. |
