| 摘 要： | 中国对非洲发展援助具有明显的历史阶段性特征,这不仅反映了不同时代的特征,而且也体现了中国对于发展问题的探索和经验。在对非洲发展援助的四个不同发展阶段,坚持平等、互利的发展理念,更为重要的是,与时俱进和改革创新的探索精神是中国对非援助保持长久竞争力的关键所在。

| Abstract: | China's aid to Africa shows obvious periodic characteristics,which not only reflects the character of different times,but also embodies China's probing into the development issue.China's aid to Africa can be divided into four stages,during which China has always insisted upon the principles of equality and mutual benefit.Most important of all,the spirit of reform and innovation has been key elements which keeps China' s aid to Africa competitive. |
