| 摘 要： | 本文首先回顾了我国零供关系自2001年以来所发生重大事件,指出了零供关系发展的基本趋势是从争利向创利转变。阐述了通道费的起源以及国内外专家对通道费问题的主要看法,提出了谨慎看待零供关系的观点。
