| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代以后,FDI溢出效应一直是国际投资领域研究的热点。本文从溢出效应的定义开始,在对相关文献梳理的基础上,总结了溢出效应产生的五个渠道,并对检验溢出效应是否存在以及影响因素的相关文献进行了述评。
