| 摘 要： | 文章讨论了土地整理前后区域生物环境、水环境、土壤环境、大气环境及社会与经济要素的变化，为土地整理规划设计过程中尽量减少生态安全的负面影响和提高区域生态安全提供科学依据。我们认为，在土地整理过程中采取适当的工程措施与生物措施有益于增加区域生态安全。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the changes of regional factors before and after land arrangement are discussed as follows as regional biological environment, water environment, soil environment, atmospheric environment, and social and economic factors. All the above discusses are the scientific basic for reducing the negative influences and enhancing the positive influences in the planning design of land arrangement. The correct engineering or biological measures are beneficial to enhance regional ecological security. |
