| 摘 要： | 中国服务业对外开放是在上世纪90年代前后才逐步展开。显著的变化发生在中国加入WTO之后。此后,中国服务业及服务贸易均实现了明显增长。目前,我国服务业市场的开放实践进入了与贸易伙伴国进行具体国内制度协调的阶段,而这种国内制度的国际协调无疑会促进中国政府对服务业管理水平的整体提升。

| Abstract: | China's opening-up in service market didn't develop until the early 1990s.The marked change has taken place after China's entry into the WTO.Since then,there is a remarkable development in service industry and service trade of China.Today,it is necessary for China to adjust its domestic regulations in cooperation with its trade partners,which would be very helpful for China to upgrade government's administrative capacity in service market. |
