| 摘 要： | 随着经济的迅速发展,多项目管理方法越来越受企业的青睐,而多项目管理绩效的评价又是其中的重要环节之一。如何准确、科学地评价管理绩效成为重中之重。文章运用层次分析法及数据包络分析法,建立综合评价模型,对多项目管理的绩效进行评价。
