| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国经济日益国际化,进出口额每年都保持大幅上涨。但开放在促进劳动要素和资本要素自由流动的同时,带给不同要素所有者的利益是不同的。开放带来的好处不会自动惠及每一个阶层,它所带来的收益也不会自动平均分配给每一个劳动力要素所有者。开放会加速各要素所有者间的收入差距。 |
