摘    要:针对现代工业生产过程的速度越来越快、效率越来越高,对位置控制系统提出相应要求来探讨控制系统的控制策略。控制策略一般分为双模控制、自适应控制、前馈控制,通常存在的问题是调节器必须在被控参数出现偏差后才对被控参数进行调节,使得复杂的位置控制系统有的参数未知或变化缓慢,有的存在滞后和随机干扰,有的无法获得精确的数学模型。采用模糊控制和PI调节器相结合的控制形式,可以增强抗扰动的能力和减少静差,且被生产过程的应用实践证明。

Analysis and Study of Control Methods in Position Control System
Abstract:The corresponding controlling strategies for the positioning system in accordance with rapid development of modern industrial production have been explored in this paper,aiming to make the system work more efficiently.These strategies fall generally into such ones as double pattern control,self adapting control and pre feedback control.The existing problem of the system is that the regulator will not provide any adjustment for the controlled parameter before its deviation,which will cause some parameters to become unknown or to change slowly,some to stagnate or to jam randomly,even some to fail to obtain the accurate mathematical patterns.In practical industrial application,it has been proved that the control method to combine the fuzzy control with the PI regulator can be adopted not only to increase the anti interference capability but also to decrease the static difference.
