| 摘 要： | 本文从支持决策的角度探讨了内蒙古地区经济发展中的几个问题，其中包括对经济发展环境和条件认识、经济发展方向和目标确定、产业政策取向、区域开发模式和地缘战略选择及对策措施制定等。在全国经济高速增长和亚太经济迅速崛起的形势下，内蒙必须加快改革步伐，加大开放力度，以经济效益为中心，加速资源转换，通过优势资源开发、优势产业组建和重点地域建设促进全地区经济的腾飞。

| Abstract: | To support the leaders decision,in the paper the authors discussed the questions such as understanding of the regional economic envionmentand condition, determining of regional development model and geographical strategy and formulating of measures. Under the situation that the country's economy is ncreasing in high-speed and Asian-Pacific economy is rising abru btly.we must take further steps to reform and open the region,to exploit the resources,to contruct superior industries and important areas,so that wecan bring about a prosprous economy for the region. |
