摘    要:企业文化冲突这一不可量化和难以控制的因素,在企业形象、价值观念和经营理念上充分表现出来。企业文化的冲突既有历史文化地域差别的原因,也包括企业精神、经营理念等在内的价值观念上有差异。这种文化上的差异造成的冲突给企业经营活动带来了负面影响。所以,在企业购并过程中应该进行跨文化管理,寻求符合购并主体双方的文化整合类型,从而达到购并主体双方的“貌神合一”。

Abstract:The cultural clash has been a factor difficult to estimate and control during the tak-over,which has been showed in the corporation image,the valueconcepts,and the managing minds.The reasons for the cultural clash lies in not only the differences of the traditional culture and the geography,but the value concepts including the spirit and the managing minds of the corporation.In order to find the form of the culture integration according with the two parties of the take-over and achieve the perfect harmony of them,trans-culture management should be paid attention to during the take-over.
