广东省新农村建设发展问题研究

［目的］以广东省为研究对象，总结广东省新农村建设现状，分析新农村建设过程中存在的问题，并根据问题提出针对性的建议，以期推进当地新农村的建设。［方法］文章采用文献研究法和数据统计分析法，通过查阅文献和相关报告，获得广东省新农村建设相关数据，通过层次分析法和线性加权函数法定性与定量的结合确定广东省新农村建设的综合价值。［结果］广东省的综合评价值70.9，处于较高水平，其中珠三角、粤东、粤西和粤北的综合评价值分别为72.4、49.7、47.5和41.3。新农民建设过程中村庄规划、资金投入、农村环境、基础设施建设、农民文化素质等方面处于较低水平。［结论］广东省在新农村建设方面仍有较大的提升空间和潜力，今后在新农村具体的建设实践上，要遵循“因地制宜、实际规划、扩大投入、重视生态、加大监管、注重创新”的原则，推进社会主义新农村建设工作的顺利开展。

THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE

Taking Guangdong province as the research object, this paper summarized the current situation of new rural construction, analyzed the existing problems in the process of new rural construction, and put forward the pertinent suggestions in order to promote the construction of new rural areas. It used the literature research method and the statistical analysis method. The comprehensive evaluation value of Guangdong province was 70.9, which was at a high level. The comprehensive evaluation values of the Pearl River Delta, east Guangdong, west Guangdong and north Guangdong were 72.4, 49.7, 47.5 and 41.3 respectively. The process of village planning, capital investment, rural environment, infrastructure construction, cultural quality of farmers were at a low level.It put forward some countermeasures, such as expanding investment, paying attention to ecology, increasing supervision and paying attention to innovation, and promoting the smooth development of new socialist countryside construction work.
