| 摘 要： | 敏捷虚拟企业的利益分配方法是虚拟企业运作中的一个必须解决的问题 ,利益分配是否合理将直接关系到虚拟企业的绩效发挥。分析了虚拟企业间利益分配的原则 ,提出了分配利益的程序 ,给出了基于投资、风险和满意度的利益分配模式。

| Abstract: | Benefit distribution is an important issue to be resolved by vitual enterprises.The reasonable distribution is closely related to the performance of these enterprises.By analyzing the principle of distribution,the paper also proposes the its procedures and works out the pattern of distribution based on investment,risk and satisfaction. |
