中国私募股权基金的立法缺陷及完善对策

近年来,我国私募股权投资基金取得了长足的发展,但仍处在初级发展阶段。我国私募股权投资基金由于发展时间短,配套法律法规不健全,对私募股权基金行业的发展形成了严重制约。本文立足于中国立法现状,从明确监管机构职能,制定专门的PE法规,加强基金管理机构监管,加强基金投资人监管,加强基金业务监管五个角度提出立法完善对策。
