| 摘 要： | 面对世界金融危机,扩大内需已经成为拉动我国经济增长的重要助推器,但自1990年以来,我国居民消费率从整体上看呈现下降趋势,过低的消费率导致了国内消费需求不足.制约我国消费需求提高的关键是国民收入分配格局失衡,如何调整国民收入分配格局是扩大内需背景下我国经济发展面临的重大课题.
