| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国企业经营经历了由产品生产向商品经营、由商品经营向资本经合和由资本经营向文化经营的三次飞跃，形成了商品经营、资本经营和文化经营的企业经营理念与模式。分析比较这三种经营的基本特征和异同点，提出现代企业应当树立以商品经营、资本经营和文化经营为三大支柱的整合经营理念，实施全面系统的整合经营。

| Abstract: | since reforming and opening up to the outside world, the enterprise operation of our country has gone through 3 leap from product production to product-oriented operation, from product-oriented operation to capital-oriented production, from capital-oriented production to culture-orient operation, then forms management concepts and patterns of enterprise operation respectively. This essay takes an analysis on the similarities and differences of the three kinds of operation, and puts forwards to combine the three kinds of operation to conformity operation. |
