必须排除新自由主义对改革的干扰

我国改革的指导思想是马克思主义，而不是新自由主义。我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制，而新自由主义则主张实行私有制基础上的市场经济。我们要建立的是国家宏观调控下发挥市场对资源配置的基础性作用的经济体制，而新自由主义反对国家宏观调控，主张市场经济万能。马克思主义改革观与新自由主义改革观的分歧，归根结底是历史唯物主义与历史唯心主义之争。

The leading idea of China's reform is Marxism not Neoliberalism.The goal of China's economic system reform is to set up social market economy,while Neoliveralism's core is the market economy based on private ownership.The economic system that we want to set up is to promote market basic function under macroscopic readjustment and control,but Neoliberalism is against macroscopic readjustment and control and for market economy.The diverage between Marxism and Neoliberalism is the difference between historical idealism and historical materialism.
