Innovational Approach to Technique Alliance of Town And Township Enterprises

With the development of socialism market economy and the change of management environment, the challenges, which come from many aspects, have directly threatened the existence and abidance development of township enterprise. Based on the theory of technical alliance, the paper thinks that technical alliance is an available approach for technical innovation of township enterprise in our country; and discusses the basic condition to construct the technical alliance for township enterprise; in addition, the problems that might be met in the practice are also discussed.
