Historical Evolution of the Concept of Integrity and Its Implications

By reviewing the history, two times sudden increase in concern about the integrity are closely relat-ed to social transformation, social mobility enhancement and integrity resource missing. By learning from the historyof the integrity concept evolution, we should focus on building a modern credit system and highlight the key anddominant position of government integrity in building integrity so as to reshape the social order through integrity con-struction.
