| 摘 要： | 互联网金融作为一种全新的金融模式与金融制度,在其发展过程中,对社会诚信的基础会产生影响。为确保互联网金融对社会经济发展释放出最大的＂正能量＂,应稳步推进与互联网金融相适应的征信体系建设,健全互联网金融的监管体系,完善相关法律制度。

| Abstract: | As a new financial model and financial system,Internet finance has direct impact on the basis of social integrity in its development process. In order to ensure Internet finance releasing＂positive energy＂to the largest extent in the socio-economic development,it＇s necessary to steadily push forward credit reference system building compatible with Internet finance,and improve the regulatory system of Internet finance and relavant legal institutions. |
