社会信用服务业发展路径的系统学分析：一个“过程—结构—位势”的理论框架

社会信用服务业是市场经济条件下形成的相对独立的新兴产业。首次将现代信用服务业的发展路径放到三维系统模型之中,基于＂过程—结构—位势＂的三维理论框架,对社会信用服务业的发展路径进行系统学分析。首先,信用服务业系统的发展是不断演进的自组织过程;其次,信用服务业的结构演化也表现出显著的嵌入性、多层次性及主体多元化的特征;再次,在外部他组织因素、系统内部因素及集成创新的驱动作用下,信用服务业的系统位势得到提升,促使系统中信用主体、信用产品质量及信用产业链条升级。

A System Theoretic Analysis on Development Path of Social Credit Service Industry Based on Process-Structure-Position Theory

Social credit service industry is an emerging industry with relative independence under the circumstance of market economy. The paper for the first time puts the development path of social credit service industry into the three-dimensional（ 3D） system model. Based on ＂process-structure-position＂3D theory framework,a systemic analysis is made on the development path of social credit service industry. Firstly,the development of credit service system is in a self-organized continuous developing process; Secondly,the structure evolution of credit service industry is also characterized by significant embeddings,multi-level and diversification; Finally,the systemic position of credit service system is promoted because of external factors from outside,internal factors of system and integrated innovative working together,which results in the systemic position upgrading of credit service industry and the upgrading of participants of credit,quality of credit products and industry chain of credit service industry.
