| 摘 要： | 大数据是信息网络技术高速发展的产物.个人在互联网上的搜索信息、社交网站的信息都被拿来分析应用,而这些信息的应用会涉及个人隐私保护问题.目前,国外普遍加强立法以规范网络环境下的个人信息使用,同时也在探索一些新的数据使用模式,在确保个人合法权益的前提下合理挖掘利用信息,创新数据增值服务,值得借鉴.

| Abstract: | Big Data data is a product of the rapid development of information network technology. Any personal information on the Internet and social networking sites may be searched for analytic application, and these applications may involve information privacy protection issues. At present, it is a common practice in foreign countries to strengthen legislation for regulating personal information application in the network environment; Also they are ex- ploring some new data application modes so that they reasonably mine and use information and innovate value-added data services in the premise of ensuring personal legitimate rights and interests. |
