| 摘 要： | 基于征信视角,运用SWOT分析法,剖析中小企业融资的优劣势以及存在的机遇和威胁,探索利用征信系统缓解中小企业信息不对称的途径.建议通过建立信用孵化培育机制、开发中小企业信用抵押品、健全信用评级体系、完善征信监管等措施,缓解中小企业融资难题,促进中小企业健康发展.

| Abstract: | Based on credit reference perspective and by means of SWOT analysis, the paper makes a discussionabout the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats for SME financing, and explores the ways to easeinformation asymmetry for SMEs. Feasible measures are suggested such as establishing credit hatching and fosteringmechanism, developing SME credit collaterals, consummating credit rating system, improving supervision of creditreference, so as to ease SME financing difficulties and to promote a healthy development of SMEs. |
